オランダの学校ではいじめや不登校がずっと続かないのです。
それはなぜか…？
他の学校への転校が自由にできるからです。
子どもと大人は4歳になると自分たちで決めた
小学校へ通い始めます。
何となく仲間外れになっていたり
学校の先生と合わなかったり
教育方針が合わなければ
近くにある別の学校へ転校できます。
日本のように、地域ごとに学校が決められていません。
日本のように行く学校が決められている国は
世界的に見ても珍しいそうですよ‼︎
日本の当たり前って全然世界の当たり前じゃないんですね😅

Dutch schools don't have situations like bullying and school refusal.
How to do they do it...?
It is easy and free to change schools when some bad things happen.
In NL, students and their parents decide a school and children start to go to school.
In their school lives,
if students are bullied, or
students and teachers cannot get along with,or
the school's policy doesn't match the students,
students can change their schools easily.
Japanese students are decided which school they go in each area. On the other hand, in NL there are various kinds of schools in the area. These Japanes system are very very rare, compared with foreign countries.
These systems are normal for Japanese but Japanese normal is not normal in the world😅
