有給休暇を取らないと、税金をとられる！オランダ生活💓If you don't use vacation holiday, you have to pay tax?!
オランダでは、年に一度休暇をとって
旅行へ行く家族が多いです。
Many people take day off for vacation in Netherlands.
有給休暇が少なくても25日くらいあり、
そのうち最低20日間は休暇を取らないといけない。
もし有給休暇を取らなかったら、
その日数分の何%かの税金を支払う必要があります。
companies give employees around 25 days off a year. Workers have to take the holidays at least 20 days per year. If people don't take the holiday, they have to pay some percentage of tax.
休暇を取らなかったら税金を払うんだったら
喜んで休暇とりますよね！！！
So, most people take holidays.
日本だと、有給休暇は
自分の体調を崩した時、
子どもが体調を崩した時、
子どもの学校行事に参加する時
に数日ずつ消化して
休暇から帰ってきたら
仕事が山積みになってる😱💦
というイメージ。
あと、有給休暇を堂々ととること自体、
ちょっと躊躇われる気がします…。

クリスマスは大人にもプレゼント😍オランダ生活
クリスマスイブは彼の家族とディナー。
私は着物で参加しました💓
お家へお邪魔すると、
大きなツリーとたっくさんのプレゼントが！
I spent a great time with Rica's family on Christmas Eve.
I was surprised I saw a lot of presents under this Christmas tree.
リカくんのお父さん、お母さん、お兄さん夫婦、私たちの6人
一人一人にプレゼント💓🎁✨
(妹さんカップルはお仕事で不参加でした)
Rica's younger sister and her boyfriend had job in Switzerland so they couldn't take part in the Christmas party. Other family member gathered Rica's parents house and ate dinner together.
リカくんの家族は、12月になると
プレゼントリストというものを発表します。
Everyone makes a list of Christmas presents in December. Sharing what each person wants to get is good idea. Of course, people can give other things too. Thinking about what is good for the person is the most important.
欲しいものリストをみんなでシェアして
クリスマスプレゼントに何を買えばいいか
わかるようにするというものです。
もちろん、リスト以外のものをプレゼントしてもOK！
大切なのは、相手のことを考えて
プレゼントを選んだということ。
クリスマスプレゼントを買うために、
かなりのお金と時間を費やしました。
でも、みんなの喜ぶ顔が見れたし
私もとても楽しめたので良かった💓
Rica and I spent time and money to get these presents. I was so happy to have seen family's glad face when they opened the presents.
一人一人がみんなの前で順に
プレゼントを開けたり、
大人たちもプレゼントがもらえるのは
日本にはない文化やなぁ〜と思いました！
In Netherlands, people open the presents in front of everyone. People can see the reactions very well. This culture is different from my Japanese family. My family gives present and open not in front of everyone. I usually give presents to my nieces, nephews and sisters. On the other hand, in Netherlands, people can get presents regardless of age. Christmas presents would be fun for everyone.

正しいチューリップの生け方。オランダ生活
先日、リカくんの家族から
チューリップをもらって、
生け方も教わりました✨
チューリップは成長が早いから、
①花瓶から花がすこし出るくらいの長さにして
②水はすこしだけ入れる
といいよとのこと。
数日でぐんぐん伸びてくると言っていましたが、
本当にその通り！！！
2日経って、だいたい5㎝くらい成長してる！
日本のチューリップもこんなに成長してたっけ？
こんなに成長すると、なんだか嬉しい💓

お昼はお家へ帰ります！オランダの学校
オランダの生徒たちは12:00になると家に帰ってご飯を食べます。
そして、13:00には学校に戻って授業を再開！
つまり、9:00〜12:00、13:00〜15:00が学校にいるということです。
お昼の時間は親は家で待ってるということです。
じゃあ、共働きの家庭はどうするの？
学校によって、家に帰らずにお昼を過ごす場所があるようです。
あとは、友達の家で一緒にご飯を食べさせてもらうこともあるのだとか。
天気の悪い日に家と学校を1時間の間に往復するのは、ちょっと大変そうですね💦
日本の給食文化は当たり前じゃなかったみたいです！

優しすぎる彼からのおしおき？sweet punishment from my partnerオランダ生活
オランダへ来て早くも1ヶ月半。
I have spent time here for one and half months.
お料理好きの私は、オランダへ来て
色々やらかしております（笑）
Since I lived in his house, I messed up sometimes...
まずはこちら。For example,
このお皿でクッキーを焼いたら、
熱でお皿が割れた😭💦
I broke this plate because of too high heat in an oven.
あとは、鍋の底を焦がして、
家中、焦げた匂いで充満したり…
I burned a pot and all bad smell spreaded in his house.😱
なぜか、グラスが割れていたり、ヒビが入っていたり(これはたまたま私が見つけただけで、私が犯人ではない！笑)
Two glasses broken. But they were not my fault. I just found them.
彼はこの家に住んで約2年半。
グラスが一つ割れたことがあるくらいだそうで…
He has lived here for about two years. During the time, he broke only one glass.
私は1ヶ月半という短いスパンで
やらかしまくっている！
In the other land, I already broke two things within two months.😓
そんな彼が言ったこと
「真実が何を壊したとしても怒らないよ。
ただし、僕の心を壊さない限りね！😉」
と何とも外国人らしい回答です。
But my partner is very kind and sweet. He never gets angry with me.
He said,
"I never get angry at you except breaking my heart."
そして、おしおき？として、これをブログに書くように言われました（笑）
And he asked me to write my post as a punishment. Lol

今季初の雪景色！
雪が降ったことはあったけど、
やっと積もりました〜！
今日は一日、お家でまったり〜！
朝からマフィン焼いてるんるん💓

値引率が半端ない！オランダ生活
1週間ごとに色んなものが値引されるけど、
その値引率がこれまたすごいんです！
これはポテチが半額になってる写真！
賞味期限が近いから、新しい商品になるから
という理由で安くなってるわけではありません。
3ユーロの洗剤が1ユーロになったり…
日本ではありえない値引率。
日本だと、せいぜい50円くらい？の値引きな
気がする…！
日用品をここまで値引しちゃうあたり
異文化を感じる〜😄
ストックするの好きじゃないから、
あまり値引に飛びつかないけど、
そんな私も飛びつきたくなるくらいでした！
