学び続ける理由:Why I keep learning?

昨日はイルミネーションを見てきました♬

紅茶の会社で早一ヶ月。

月日が経つのは早いものです。

日本にいるときは紅茶消費者だった。

今は輸出側を知り、

週末は製造側を知る。

ビジネスをすれば、

雇う側と雇われる側がある。

そして、華やかな商品の裏側では、

本当にいろんな人が関わっている。

お金を稼いでいる人がいる一方で

安い賃金で働いている人もいる。

平等という言葉は絶対存在しない。

平等からはビジネスは生まれない。

だからこそ、学ぶ。

自分らしく働けるように。

自分が何を選択するかわかるために。

選択しない人がいるからこそ

成り立っている世の中。

だからこそ、自分は選択していく側でありたい。

まだまだ学びたいことは山のようにある。

自分の興味関心に忠実に。

学び続けよう^ ^

I've been in a tea company since I came here.

Time passes quickly.

No one can stop and return time.

When I lived in Japan, I was a one of a tea consumer.

I'm learning about tea industry and exports.

This weekend I'm visiting a tea factory in Nuwara Eliya.

I also can learn about tea producers.

Through these experiences, I can look from various ways.

In business, there are two type of people. 

One is labor, the other is .

So many people are related to one product even though the product is very small.

One is rich, the other is poor.

It's impossible to be equal .

So I learn many things to be what I am.

If I don't learn, I don't know which choice is good.

Keep learning to be happy:)
